With a diverse educational background in Ecology, Anthropology, and Local Development, Esteban is a junior project manager, valuing the power of interdisciplinary collaboration and skill integration. He has experience in participatory modeling and project coordination on agroforestry resilience in the face of climatic and economic disasters in Madagascar, as well as in the fields of documentary making, event organisation and various international cooperation initiatives.

Esteban believes that fostering social effervescence (Durkheim) through interactive methods like games, events, and collaborative activities is pivotal in connecting physical, ecological, and social realms, co-creating a thriving and harmonious society.
